There are two main working modes possible:
1. A contructor for an outsourced project.
LivneX performs
the development of software components,
products, or whole systems.
According to the customer desire, LivneX delivers a fast
pilot - proof of concept, or a long term key solution, for design,
implementation and support of the system.
The software solution is being tailored to the customer needs, using
free open source components and tools. Additional a combination of
closed source
parts and open source parts is also possible.
2. Guidance for open source issues.
LivneX provides
guidance to the R&D team of the customer, helps with the designing
and building of their software, and helps to avoid
the common and less common mistakes on the way.
LivneX supplies
answers to a specific technical questions regarding a
running project of the customer (opened or closed one), as well as
general questions as:
- Is there already an open source project that fits to
the requirement of the customer?
- Which is the best tool for a given task, and how to
find it and work with it?
- How to utilize the communal free support
resources?
